How the shared pool pays

Paid by the block itself: When the pool finds a block, the block pays every miner in the payout window directly, in the same transaction that creates the new coins. There is no pool wallet and no withdrawal.
The payout window (PPLNS): The window holds the most recent shares that add up to one network difficulty, and never shares older than 7 days. Your part of a block is your part of the shares in the window.
Small amounts are carried over: An amount below 0.0001 BCH is kept as a credit and added to a later block, so tiny outputs do not clutter your wallet. A block pays at most 200 addresses.
Orphaned blocks pay nothing: If another block replaces ours, its coins never existed. Credits from that block are dropped too.
Spendable after 100 blocks: New coins can be spent after 100 more blocks, a rule of the network for every block reward.
Check the code: The pool runs CashStratum with a small public change that builds the block payouts from a plan file: the patch. The plan is made by this script.
Use a Bitcoin Cash address: Get it from a Bitcoin Cash wallet such as Electron Cash. A bc1 Bitcoin address does not work here.
